SHIPPING

How long does it take for my order to be processed?

All orders are processed within 48 hours of being placed Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm AEST (Excluding Public Holidays)

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped you will receive a confirmation email with a link to track your package. When you click on the link, it will take you directly to the page to track your parcel. If you cannot find the email check spam/junk folders. Please allow at least 24 hours for the tracking number to activate. 

Do I have to pay taxes or duties for my order?

PINKCOLADA PTY LTD is not responsible for any customs taxes or duties applied to your order. Please note shipments outside of Australia may be subject to Duty/Tax charges, We will not be responsible for the payment of any Import Duty / Tax under any circumstances.

ORDERS

How do I use a promo code or gift card?

First, go to your cart and click the checkout button. Once you reach the checkout page, you will see a Gift Card or Discount Code field on the right hand side of the page. Enter your code there and hit apply – it will then be reflected in the total amount.

What can I do if the promo code or gift card isn’t working?

First, check to see that there are no typos in the code. Then, check the terms and conditions of the discount code to make sure this offer is still valid and applies to the items in your cart. If the code is still not working, please feel free to reach out to hello@pinkcolada.com for assistance.

Can I use more than one promotion code on an order?

 Only one promotion code can be applied per order. 

How long will my order take if it is a pre-order?

 If you have ordered a Pre-order item, we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the other item’s become available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.

Please note that Pre-order items can take approximately 2-5 weeks to arrive. By placing an order you are securing the item in your size. Please do not place an order for a Pre-order item if you require the items for a specific date as we cannot always provide a guaranteed delivery date (Check with us first)

Can I have the price of my order adjusted if I missed the sale or the price of an item in my order dropped?

Unfortunately, we cannot price adjust orders that were placed outside of the promotional period. 

What happens if the package is returned to the sender?

INTERNATIONAL:

We are happy to cancel and refund the order for you if you refuse the package due to customs tax or change of mind. Please note there will be a charge of 35% for shipping and re-stocking charges of the total order value.

Alternatively, if you would like the order re-shipped, you will need to pay $14.95USD and we can arrange to have your item's sent out to you again.

If you have entered the wrong address when placing your order, you will be liable to repay the shipping cost.

DOMESTIC (AUSTRALIAN ORDERS):

If you package is returned to sender, we can send it out to you, however  you will need to pay $9.95AUD.

Change my order

If you have incorrectly placed your order and would like to change the style/size, please email us right away with the subject as: CHANGE MY ORDER.

We will do our best to change your order right away before the warehouse dispatches

Change my address

If you have entered the wrong address, please contact us immediately and we will make changes for you. Please name your subject: CHANGE MY ADDRESS.

If the order ships out prior to your email, we aren’t able to change it once our courier picks up the parcel.

The parcel will be returned to sender which may take up to 8 weeks. From there, you will be required to pay a shipping fee to have this re-shipped.

RETURNS

What is your returns policy?

At Pinkcolada, it is our priority to ensure that customers are completely happy and satisfied with their purchase. We will gladly accept your return for a store credit within 14 business days from the time of delivery, returned items must meet the following requirements:

  • Returned within 14 days of receipt of receiving your order.
  • In original packaging and all tags & hygiene stickers intact
  • Item is unworn, free of make-up stains, unwashed and free of odor.
  • Please ensure that all swimwear is tried on over your own underwear, in the instance where it’s obvious that this has not been done we may refuse an exchange your items due to hygiene reasons
